Ok the first week of menu planning went really well. I forgot to post the second week but we did plan all our meals and followed the plan except for 2 days. We had some sick kids for a few days which meant that less people were eating, which in turn meant more leftovers. So all in all I think we are doing pretty great.
Here is the menu for this week
Sunday - chili
Monday - leftovers
Tuesday - stuffed meatballs, mashed potatoes, caulifower
Wednesday - ham and broccoli casserole
Thursday - hasbrowns and sausage(We love breakfast for supper)
Friday - spaghetti
Saturday - stir fry
I planned leftovers for Monday because that is the night the twins have cadets so it is a bit more rushed. So I just made a big pot of chili yesterday so we would have enough for today too.
